The HACC Golf team had another successful tournament for the spring season.  They placed second overall, right behind Division II Lackawanna, and first of the Division III teams.  The weather was 38 degrees when play began and never went above 42 the entire time during the tournament, with very windy and adverse conditions. The students athletes kept a positive attitude and used the bad weather to their advantage. Kent Umberger had the low score for the team and the Division III players, shooting a 73, just one over par. Stephen Berger continued his fine play shooting an 81, followed by Geoffrey Warke who shot an 82. Closely following was Justin Fantom, who shot an 83. The team score was 319 which was 21 shots better than second place Division III team Bucks CCC. The next tournament is Monday, April 10 at Bucks CCC.
