Favorite quote:
"I love it when people doubt me. It makes me work harder to prove them wrong." - Derek Jeter
Favorite memory from season:
My favorite memory definitely has to be meeting everyone for the Esports Arena reveal. Also, playing our NJCAAE playoff game against Navarro College, the 2021 champions, and beating them. Hearing everyone cheering and calling out was such an experience and it really hyped me up.
Favorite song:
I have too many to say, but usually any kind of rap from the 90's to now is probably on my 1200 song playlist.
Do you have any pre-game rituals?
My pre-game ritual is actually very simple, I usually listen to bass boosted rap songs and zone everyone out while I warm up my aim. This is my pre-game ritual for Valorant usually.
What is the most rewarding part about being a student-athlete at HACC?
The most rewarding part has to be that even through the pandemic with virtual learning, I was still able to meet my teammates and make great friendships. Practicing twice a week and playing our game every week really helped us build a great bond with each other.
Awards and Accolades:
- Dean's List for two semesters at HACC
- Awarded Honor Roll each semester at HACC
What are you looking forward to next season?
I am looking forward to my next season very much because I will be playing for Temple University. Hopefully I will be playing on an intramural team for HACC as well. Next season will be great for HACC students as they will be able to compete in the new Esports Arena. My next season with Temple University will be exciting as I will be advancing into Division I competition.
What are your future plans after graduating from HACC?
I plan to transfer to Temple University and play Esports for one year. In my senior year, I plan to study abroad for one semester in Tokyo and visit my other family there.
