Men's Soccer Wins Against Valley Forge 3-2

Men's soccer played Valley Forge on Tuesday and came out with the win for the Hawks.  The team came out strong in the first half with Clovis Kabre scoring at the 6 minute mark.  The team had several chances in the first half but couldn't seem to connect again.  The defense, lead by defenders Phoenix Simpson, Cade Richardson, and goal keeper Grant Klinger, held off the attack of Valley Forge for the first half.  The second half again started strong for the Hawks with Emmitt McKell finding Humberto Cisneros in the box for the second goal of the match.  Valley Forge rallied and got a quick goal after the Hawks.  In the mid second half, Valley Forge again found the back of the net to pull even.  In the 83rd minute, Cisneros, McKell and Kabre's persistence paid off for the Hawks, with Cisneros finding the back of the net and sealing the victory.

The Hawks will travel to Northampton on Thursday for more conference play.  Let's GO HAWKS!
