Men's Basketball Beats Valley Forge but Falls Against Montgomery County

Men's Basketball beat Valley Forge last Saturday, 85-57.  The team worked together and came out strong to put the Trojans away.  Jordan Lynch-Rexroth lead the team with 27 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals.  Kareem Hicks added 17 points and Tate Pendell had 15 points.  The team played good defense and shut down the Trojan offense to seal the game early.  

 

The team played Montgomery County last evening and fell to the Mustangs, 54-70.  Down by 12 at halftime, the Hawks were unable to overcome the deficit.  Kareem Hicks lead the team with a strong second half and had 12 points and 5 rebounds.  Cole Weakland had 7 rebounds with 5 on the offensive side, helping the Hawks with second chance points.  

 

The team will be playing Community College of Philadelphia tomorrow at 3 pm.  The team is looking to make the conference playoffs and secure a spot in the Region 19 playoffs.  Come out and support the Hawks!
