Five HACC student athletes completed their second year of play this February. Women's basketball player Olivia Bernardini competed for the Hawks for the 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons. She was an offensive threat for the Hawks and also helped lead the team down the court. Her defense helped to shut down the offensive threats from outside for the Hawks. She competed in a total of 23 games, had 162 points with an average of 7 points per game.
Travis Biney, Chris Adams Jr., Jordan Cipalla, and Tate Pendell finished their careers at HACC as well. Biney played in limited games in the 2017-18 season due to injury and returned to the team in 2019-20. His 2019-20 season ended with a total of 308 points, 137 rebounds and 53 assists, and he recorded 2 double doubles this season. He was an offensive threat and played tough defense for the Hawks. Adams Jr. finished his career at HACC with 353 points and 247 rebounds. Adams Jr. stepped into his role of center for the Hawks this year and scored 280 of his points this season and grabbed 183 rebounds this year. He recorded 6 double doubles this year. Cipalla played in the second half of the season in 2017-18 and played the full season in 2019-20. He helped the team offensively with 164 of his 194 points scored this season and defensively, he had 49 rebounds out of his total of 64 this year. He also had 40 assists this season. Pendell played in the 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons. He ends his career at HACC with 408 points and had 121 rebounds. His spot up three point shot helped keep the Hawks close in several games this year. He scored in double digits in 17 of the 23 games for the Hawks this season.
